The hotel was welcoming with a nice bed but the rooms were shabby and need refurbishment. The service was the highlight of our stay with great and attentive staff but there were some rude encounters. The location was good, very central, and easy to walk around, with a beautiful beach and plenty of shops nearby. However, the dining experience was below average with cured meats only.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious and had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Aqaba, but they were quite dated and some parts were falling apart. The service was generally pleasant and helpful, though some staff members seemed a bit lazy and inattentive. The location couldn't have been better, with immediate access to the promenade and a private beach, but the nearby gym felt disappointing. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a rich variety of options available. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
